4. Cancellation Policy

All cancellation requests must be submitted via email.

• No refund if the booking is cancelled less than 7 days before the tour start date.
• 75% of the package amount will be charged if cancelled 8–15 days before the tour start date.
• 25% of the package amount will be charged if cancelled 16–20 days before the tour start date.
